Join the Community of Goldendale in celebration of good music, great art and fabulous wines! Local and regional artists are invited to participate by showcasing their talents. Several Northwest bluegrass bands will be joining us this year as well as half a dozen or more wineries. If you are interested in participating in this festival, please fill out this registration form and return it to the address listed below.

Event Demographics:
• Expected attendance is 1500 – 3000
• Admission will be $5.00 per person
• Camping is available onsite (does not include admission) for $10 per night for an RV/Trailerand $5 per night for a tent
• Event Times are Noon – approx. 9:00p.m.
• Vendor Hours are 11:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Shade is available at different periods throughout the day, however a tent or similar covering is recommended.
• Sunday participation is optional. Sunday times are Noon – 5:00 p.m.

BOOTH DETAILS
Booths are located outside and are subject to weather conditions. It is recommended that participants bring protective covering (tent, RV, etc.). Booths are 10’x10’ with a slight easement to either side. Power is available on a limited basis. Water is available on site, but transportation to and from the booth area is the responsibility of the participant. Tables and chairs will NOT be provided. If you need to rent table and chairs you can contact Your Party Center in Hood River at 541-386-2062.Participants are responsible for the cleanliness in the area. Trash receptacles will be provided in the event area. Each participant will provide copies of event permits required including:
•Any required health permits, food handler permits, etc from the Klickitat County Health Department.  (509) 773.4565
•Any required permits from the Department of Agriculture required for the sale of produce. (360) 902-1800

SETUP/BREAKDOWN
The event will be Friday from 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Saturday from noon – 9:00 p.m. Participants will be able to setup beginning on Thursday, June 23 from 1:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Setup will continue Friday morning until 1:00 p.m. A schedule and details will be sent after booth payment has been received. Breakdown will begin on Saturday, June 25, at 6:15 p.m. Participants are not allowed to remove items or displays from booth areas until that time.

FOOD VENDORS
All accepted food booths shall maintain insurance coverage specified: COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY.  Each concessionaire shall maintain a broad form comprehensive general liability insurance policy with coverage of not less than $500,000 combined single limit per occurrence.  Each policy shall be written as a primary policy, not contributing with or in excess of any coverage that Greater Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce may carry.  A copy of each policy or a certificate naming Greater Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Goldendale as an additional insured shall be delivered to Chamber with the signing of the agreement.  The adequacy of all insurance required by these provisions shall be subject to approval by the Chamber Bluegrass Festival Committee.  Failure to maintain any insurance coverage required by this agreement shall be cause for immediate termination of this agreement.

The applicant agrees to save and hold harmless the Fiddlin’ Under the Stars Event Committee, Greater Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce, City of Goldendale, and Klickitat County, their officers, employees and agents from any loss or damage to persons or property caused by the movement, setup, teardown or operation of this applicant’s booth/display in connection with the Fiddlin’ Under the Stars Festival event and further agrees to defend said businesses and organizations from any claims for such damages.
